sarcopenia

Providing us with the strength to stand, walk and pick things up our skeletal muscle provides us with the physical freedom we each enjoy.

Yet it’s erosion (sarcopenia) and the speed at which it occurs has a direct impact on how fast we age – as we weaken towards a sedentary lifestyle, frailty and the disability zone.

At Sarcopenia.com, we seek to bring the role of skeletal muscle centre stage, since we believe that it’s not just about living longer, but about the quality of life that we lead - a life were 'strength equals freedom’.

Join us for the next Sarcopenia Day. 06/21/2012. A campaign designed to get people to THINK MUSCLE!... @ www.SarcopeniaDay.org :-)

Stay strong and together lets beat sarcopenia!

When protecting your muscle against erosion due to the consumption of an inadequate diet (dietary sarcopenia), this film serves as a wake up call to the quality of food currently being produced and sold by the corporate food and agribusiness.
